Our Locker Pickup Policy

By selecting the Locker Pickup Option, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the locker pickup service.
1. General Terms & Customer Agreement
1.1. The locker pickup service is provided as a convenience by Transfer Superstars for customers who prefer self-service order retrieval.
1.2. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that Transfer Superstars is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of your order once placed in the assigned locker.
1.3. Your access to the locker does not establish a bailment relationship, meaning Transfer Superstars does not assume legal responsibility for the safekeeping of your order once it is placed in the locker.
2. Pickup Window & Abandoned Orders
2.1. You must retrieve your order within 48 hours from the time you receive the pickup notification.
2.2. Unclaimed orders will be removed after 48 hours and returned to Transfer Superstars. A reprocessing fee may apply for re-delivery or alternative pickup.
2.3. If an order is not retrieved within 14 days, it will be considered abandoned. No refunds or replacements will be provided for abandoned orders.
3. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your locker code confidential.
- Ensuring that you retrieve the correct order from the assigned locker.
- Securing your items immediately after retrieval.
Once an order is retrieved, you assume all responsibility for its condition and safekeeping.
Sharing locker codes or allowing unauthorized persons to retrieve your order is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension of locker pickup privileges.
4. Security & Unauthorized Access
4.1. Surveillance Cameras: Lockers are monitored by security cameras for safety and theft prevention.
4.2. Unauthorized Access: If you suspect unauthorized access to your assigned locker, notify Transfer Superstars immediately at support@transfersuperstars.com or call (626) 988-8820.
4.3. System Malfunctions: In the event of a system failure, Transfer Superstars is not liable for delays in access to your locker. If you experience an issue, contact us for assistance.
5. Limited Liability & Waiver of Claims
5.1. No Liability for Lost or Stolen Items
- Once an order is placed in the locker and a pickup notification is sent, Transfer Superstars is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
- You waive all claims against Transfer Superstars regarding missing or damaged items after placement in the locker.
5.2. Force Majeure Clause
- Transfer Superstars shall not be liable for delays or inability to access lockers due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, vandalism, or system malfunctions.
5.3. Waiver of Legal Claims
- By using this service, you agree to waive any claims against Transfer Superstars related to locker pickup issues to the fullest extent permitted under California law.
6. Dispute Resolution (California Law)
6.1. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
6.2. Mandatory Arbitration Clause: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, rather than in court, except for small claims disputes or injunctive relief claims.
6.3. Waiver of Class Action Rights: You agree to bring any claims individually and waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against Transfer Superstars.
