By selecting the Locker Pickup Option, you agree to the following legally binding terms. If you do not agree, do not use the locker pickup service.

24/7 Locker Pickup is available at 1442 Chico Ave, South El Monte, CA 91733. You will receive a unique locker code via email or SMS when your order is ready. Orders must be retrieved within 48 hours of notification.

1. General Terms & Customer Agreement

1.1. The locker pickup service is provided as a convenience for customers who prefer self-service order retrieval outside of normal business hours.

1.2. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that Transfer Superstars is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of your order once placed in the assigned locker and the pickup notification has been sent.

1.3. Your access to the locker does not establish a bailment relationship. Transfer Superstars does not assume legal responsibility for the safekeeping of your order once it is placed in the locker.

1.4. By using this service, you waive and release all claims against Transfer Superstars related to loss, theft, damage, or any other issue with your order after it has been placed in the locker, to the fullest extent permitted under California law.

2. Pickup Window & Abandoned Orders

2.1. You must retrieve your order within 48 hours from the time you receive your pickup notification.

2.2. Orders not retrieved within 48 hours will be removed from the locker and returned to Transfer Superstars. A reprocessing fee may apply for re-delivery or alternative arrangements.

2.3. Orders not retrieved within 14 calendar days of the initial pickup notification will be considered abandoned and forfeited with no refund, replacement, or store credit of any kind.

2.4. It is your responsibility to retrieve your order within the stated window. Transfer Superstars is not responsible for providing a second notification.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Keeping your assigned locker code strictly confidential
  • Ensuring that you retrieve the correct order from the assigned locker
  • Securing your items immediately upon retrieval
  • Inspecting your items at the time of pickup and notifying us of any visible damage before leaving the premises

Once your order has been retrieved from the locker, you assume full and sole responsibility for its condition. Sharing your locker code or allowing unauthorized persons to retrieve your order may result in immediate suspension of your locker pickup privileges and your account.

4. Security & Surveillance

4.1. Surveillance Cameras: The locker area is monitored 24/7 by security cameras. By using the service, you consent to being recorded.

4.2. Unauthorized Access: If you suspect unauthorized access to your locker or believe your code has been compromised, notify us immediately at support@transfersuperstars.com or (626) 988-8820. Failure to report promptly may limit your available remedies.
