Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Transfer Superstars. Because all products are custom-printed to order, our refund and return policy reflects the nature of made-to-order manufacturing. Please read this carefully before placing your Order.

Key Rule: All sales are final once an Order enters production. Defect claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery. No refunds are issued for artwork errors in customer-submitted files.

1. All Sales Final β€” Custom Printed Goods

1.1. Because all Goods are manufactured custom to your specifications and artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-printed products.

1.2. Once an Order enters the production queue, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued. You will be charged for all printed and in-progress items.

1.3. The following items are expressly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance:

  • Custom or personalized printed items (all DTF transfers, UV DTF stickers, gang sheets)
  • Sample packs (all sample pack sales are final)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items with artwork errors originating from customer-submitted files
  • Items damaged due to improper application or pressing errors by the customer

2. Order Cancellation

2.1. You may request cancellation only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the Order; AND
  • Your Order has not yet entered the production queue; AND
  • Your artwork file has not yet been approved or processed

2.2. To request cancellation, reply to your Order confirmation email or contact us at support@transfersuperstars.com immediately. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible.

2.3. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 14 business days to the original payment method, with no additional fees.

Important: Production typically begins within hours of Order placement. Do not assume cancellation is possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

3. Defect Claims & Reprints

3.1. How to Submit a Defect Claim

If you believe your Order contains a manufacturing defect, you must submit a claim within three (3) business days of delivery or pickup by emailing support@transfersuperstars.com with:

  • Your Order number and PO reference
  • Clear photographic evidence of the alleged defect
  • A written description of the issue

Claims submitted after three (3) business days are waived without exception.

3.2. Eligible Remedies

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, your sole and exclusive remedy is replacement of the defective transfer items. No cash refunds, store credits, labor reimbursements, or garment cost reimbursements will be provided.

3.3. What Is NOT a Defect

  • Incorrect pressing temperature, dwell time, pressure, or technique
  • Washing failures including high heat, bleach, fabric softeners, or commercial laundering
  • Dye migration caused by garment fabric or dye type
  • Incompatible garment type, fabric composition, or pre-treated materials
  • Low resolution, pixelated, or improperly prepared artwork submitted by the customer
  • Color variation (see Section 4 below)
  • Sizing or placement errors originating from customer-submitted artwork
  • Customer misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of transfers

4. Color Variance

4.1. Color variation is inherent to DTF printing. The Company does not guarantee exact color matching to screen displays, digital proofs, physical samples, previous print runs, Pantone color systems, or any other standard.

4.2. Color variations from RGB-to-CMYK conversion, garment fabric type, or DTF ink characteristics are not defects and do not qualify for reprints, refunds, or any other remedy.

4.3. If color accuracy is critical, request a test print before placing a full production Order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

5.1. If your Order arrives damaged in transit, with wrong items, or with a verified production error, notify us immediately at support@transfersuperstars.com with photos and your Order number.

5.2. For shipping damage, you must also file a claim directly with the carrier. The Company is not liable for transit damage once goods are released to the carrier.

6. Refund Processing

6.1. For any approved refund (cancelled pre-production Orders only), processing takes up to 14 business days via the original payment method.

6.2. Only the original Order amount is refunded. Shipping fees, rush fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution with the Company is a material breach of these Terms. For each successfully disputed chargeback, you agree to pay a $50.00 processing fee plus the original Order amount and applicable late fees.
