Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Transfer Superstars processes, ships, and delivers your Orders. Because all products are custom-printed to order, please review this carefully before placing your Order.

1. Production Time

1.1. All Orders require production time before they are ready to ship. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

1.2. Estimated production times:

Standard DTF Transfers 1–3 business days
UV DTF Stickers 1–3 business days
Gang Sheets 1–3 business days
Large / Wholesale Orders 3–5 business days (or as quoted)
Rush Orders Same day or next day (contact us to confirm availability)

1.3. All production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for production delays regardless of cause.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times

2.1. We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers depending on package size, weight, and destination. Carrier selection is at Transfer Superstars’ discretion unless a specific carrier is confirmed in writing.

2.2. Estimated transit times (after production is complete):

Standard Shipping 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days
Overnight / Priority 1–2 business days
Local Pickup (Locker) Available upon production completion — see Locker Pickup Policy
Total estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping transit time. For example: 1–3 days production + 3–7 days shipping = approximately 4–10 business days from Order placement to delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

3.1. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

3.2. Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be displayed at checkout. Promotional shipping terms may change without prior notice.

3.3. For large or wholesale orders, shipping rates will be quoted separately. Contact us at support@transfersuperstars.com for a quote before placing a large order.

4. Order Tracking

4.1. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

4.3. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, notify us within three (3) business days of the delivery scan. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

5. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

5.1. Risk of loss and title transfer to you when goods are picked up at our facility or released to a carrier.

5.2. Transfer Superstars is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once a package is released to the carrier, it is the carrier’s responsibility.

5.3. For high-value orders, consider adding shipping insurance through the carrier.

6. Shipping Claims & Lost Packages

6.1. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, file a claim directly with the carrier. Transfer Superstars will provide your shipment details to assist with your carrier claim.

6.2. Transfer Superstars is not responsible for issuing reprints or refunds for packages lost or damaged by the carrier.

7. Address Errors & Delivery Failures

7.1. You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Transfer Superstars is not responsible for delivery failures or lost orders resulting from an incorrect address provided by you.

7.2. If a package is returned due to an address error, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If reshipment is not arranged within 14 days, the Order may be considered abandoned.

Double-check your shipping address before placing your Order. We cannot modify a shipping address once an Order has been submitted to the carrier.

8. International Shipping

8.1. International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

8.2. Customs processing may add additional time to your delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure the products you order are legal to import into your country.
